Camp Offerings (June 29, 30, July 6, 7, 13, 14)
Unlike any college camp in the nation...
Located on the banks of the Hudson River in Manhattan, Columbia University’s Baker Athletic Complex provides an unrivaled environment within the nation’s most iconic city. Columbia’s Lawrence A. Wien Stadium was featured in Sports Illustrated as one of the most beautiful places in the country to watch a football game. You will receive hands-on instruction from head coach Al Bagnoli, whose 9 outright Ivy League Championships are the most in League history. At camp you will participate in the same drills and receive the same expert coaching in the same state-of-the-art facilities as the Columbia Lions.
The Al Bagnoli Football Camp will focus on two things:
Emphasis will be placed on position-specific techniques and overall understanding of football schemes. You will have the opportunity to drill on both sides of the ball during the individual portion of the camp. (With the exception of Quarterbacks).
Football is all about competing; You will get the chance to do that during a wide variety of drills. There will be 1 vs 1 competitions in both the run and pass game on all 3 levels, allowing campers to showcase skills learned in individual instruction drills.
